This publication ON THE WAY is a response to brief 2 of the 2024 edition of ISTD. 

 

While it may not be feasible for us to become the happiest city, we can explore the key factors that influence happiness, with health being one of them, and something over which people have more control.

This book's target audience is those who have accumulated stress from work, studies, and daily life, or for those who are too busy to find ways to relax and unwind in a timely manner.
